SelmanCo is a trusted insurance administrator that specializes in reducing costs and increasing efficiency for associations, credit unions, banks, employers, and insurance companies.
The primary objective of the project was to provide their customers’ employees, who have experienced a loss in applicable Group Coverage, with the ability to obtain a quote for Continuation of Coverage through an online web portal, and subsequently apply for coverage.
Transom worked closely with SelmanCo business leaders to create this custom portal, using specific insurance calculations and terminology inherent with their business.
Today, SelmanCo’s clients can quickly obtain an employee’s continued coverage in an efficient manner through the process of filling out information online and receiving immediate feedback and quote.
DPD is a logistics company based in Belgium.
The client’s necessity for this project was to rely on a mechanism that receives package delivery information from DPD’s commercial partners or suppliers.
Transom group created a detailed software tailored to DPD’s very specific necessities, with an interface approved by our user experience team assuring client and user satisfaction. Our technology solution was established across camps were each commercial partner or supplier provided and exchange of information regarding the delivery of packages. It was implemented on a web site within the client’s intranet integrating the following elements:
Azure’s app hosting service
Active Directory Single Sign On as an authentication method
ReactUS for front-end development
Rest API calls to process back-end information
And ensuring benefits for our client such as, onboarding time reduction for new clients or commercial partners within DPD’s internal processes; punctual follow up on information exchange through a logs; and error detection.
